Psychic and Tarot Card Readings, with Tanya Roerick – Tanya has been practicing as a psychic since 1994, and has a considerable following in Guelph. She also does hypnotherapy, reiki, healing circles and group workshops. Starting on May 13th, she brings her talents as a psychic to the Oakville area, with sessions at CJ’s Café in Bronte on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, between 5PM and 7:30PM.

First Night of West African Drumming Lessons with Hands of Rhythm’s Kevork Guerguerian -

Hands of Rhythm brings powerful healing changes to all areas of our lives through the joy and fun of creating music together.Drumming brings people together; it is a common focus. The effect of drumming on people’s mental state is very profound. This can be a great stress release.It increases self-awareness, stimulates creativity and enhances concentration.Kevork’s connection to the heart of drumming expands our consciousness and expands the soul.This is a series of six evening classes over a 12 week period, running on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. Price includes: 9 hours total tuition and drum circle facilitating over 12 weeks, use of Kevorks drums, CJ’s coffee, tea and treats, and the chance to be part of a pulsing community! Registration is $150 (or $140 if you have your own drum). Register at CJ’s Café in Bronte, using cash, cheque, debit or credit card.
